Terms & Conditions — vw2 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vw2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vw2 online gaming platform accessible at https://vw2.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or sub-domains.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the vw2 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by all provisions set forth herein, including any future amendments published on this page.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our customer support team. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised provisions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the vw2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to the Platform by persons under 21 years is strictly prohibited, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the vw2 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not a problem gambler enrolled in any self-exclusion programme applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of vw2 or any of its affiliated technology, software, or service providers.

vw2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the vw2 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — whether Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, or elsewhere in Malaysia), valid email address, and a unique password. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC verification is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be requested at any time at our discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Payment method verification documents where applicable (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registered under your name)
• Source of funds documentation if requested during enhanced due diligence

vw2 processes KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. You will be notified via email of the outcome. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended pending further review.

By using the vw2 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published by vw2, including game-specific rules, bonus terms, and responsible gambling policies. You further agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, data-mining utilities, or artificial intelligence systems to access or interact with the Platform.
• Not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through exploitation of software bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviours. Any winnings derived from identified exploits will be voided.
• Not transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code through the Platform.
• Not engage in any behaviour that disrupts other players' experience on the Platform, including but not limited to harassment, collusion, or chip-dumping in multi-player games.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your Account with any other person.

vw2 reserves the right to void any wager, transaction, or game outcome and to adjust Account balances accordingly where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, pending formal investigation.

vw2 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form an integral part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players as defined in the specific promotion terms. vw2 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's Account following satisfaction of the minimum deposit condition specified in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire upon the deadline if requirements remain unmet.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games that are expressly included in the eligible games list for each promotion. Certain game categories (e.g., live sports betting, specific table games) may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device/IP address.
• vw2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claim.

vw2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (instant processing)
• Bank Transfer & Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via FPX and DuitNow (instant to 10 minutes)
• Credit / Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC), subject to network confirmation times (typically 15–30 minutes)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to the Account upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. vw2 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an enhanced KYC review. vw2 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vw2 Account. Cross-account withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process.

Approximate Processing Timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Same day for verified accounts, typically within 2–4 hours
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Same business day for verified accounts
• DuitNow / FPX: Within 1–4 hours for verified accounts
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): Within 24 hours subject to network conditions

Processing times stated above are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand, pending KYC review, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

vw2 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request before processing, which may extend the processing timeline. Players will be notified if additional information is required to complete a withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vw2 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming activity.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct toward the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or other zero-sum games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between vw2 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or engaging in coordinated activity to exploit promotional offers.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated tools, exploits, or any unauthorised software to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits made to vw2. Accounts subject to chargeback activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

All content on the vw2 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of vw2 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vw2. Unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vw2 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

vw2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. While we endeavour to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may temporarily affect access to services.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes or transaction processing, vw2 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. Game outcomes produced by certified RNG systems and confirmed by the platform will be treated as final unless a verified technical error can be demonstrated.

vw2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based pop-up reminders to notify you of the duration of each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications displaying your net win/loss position during an active session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

vw2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activities as defined in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a valid legal request from a competent authority.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months may be placed in restricted status pending reactivation).
• Identification of the Account holder as an underage user.

Upon Account termination for breach, any real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, less any applicable deductions. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in full upon termination for breach.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible balance will be disbursed to your registered payment method.

vw2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, vw2 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address on file, and the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised provisions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account. vw2 is not liable for any failure to review updated Terms published on this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vw2 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body under the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
